Delivery & Returns


We will send out an email to update you once the product(s) have been dispatched. We are unable to control the delivery process once the product has been dispatched as Australia Post take over at that stage. Orders are dispatched on Monday and Thursday. Orders placed before 9.00am AEST on either Monday or Thursday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 9.00am AEST on either Monday or Thursday will be shipped on the next dispatch day. We seek your patience and understanding, and apologise in advance for any delays.

DELIVERY TIME (Australia) 

Orders are generally delivered within 5-10 business days after having been dispatched.

Please note that the timeframe for delivery is only an estimate and we do not have any control over the delivery schedule once the product has been dispatched. This means that if the timing of delivery is important to you please order it well in advance.

Frieda Need is NOT LIABLE with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery. We reiterate that we are unable to control delivery times once a product has been dispatched.

While we wish to provide an express post option for our customers, we are currently unable to post some products including nail polish via express post as nail polishes are considered “dangerous goods”. “Dangerous goods” are restricted and cannot be sent via Express post. We seek your understanding in this matter.

Delivery within Australia goes via eParcel (road only) at a flat rate of $10.00 including tracking. This price is standard for all orders, irrespective of size.

Frieda Need offers free delivery for all Australian orders valued at $150.00 or more.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Frieda Need cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of incorrect delivery details. Parcels returned due to incorrect delivery information will incur extra delivery charges of $15.00 to re-post.


Unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been delivered, delivery costs are non-refundable. Non-refundable delivery fees include the original delivery cost for your order; in the case of a return for a refund, the cost of any return delivery; and in the case of an exchange, the delivery cost of your new item(s) to you.


Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind. Returns or exchanges are only accepted on any product that is faulty or incorrectly deliver to you. 


We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As such, any faulty items will be replaced or refunded. Faulty items must be reported within 2 business days following delivery. Please email us at the contact us page to report a faulty item. We will provide you with an address to which you can return the box. The entire box, including the faulty item, must be returned to us for either replacement or a refund. We will send a replacement box to you within 5 business days once received. If you choose a refund instead of a replacement for a faulty item, your money will be refunded to the relevant credit card or PayPal account within 3 business days once received.
